Terms and Conditions - General Terms and Conditions

1. General provisions

www.bfnp.hu is the official online platform of the Balaton Uplands National Park Directorate (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), through which it offers for sale tickets for, among other things, the visitor and exhibition sites, programmes and cave tours that can be visited with a ticket. By selecting the ticket to be purchased through the Seller's website and through the online payment service provider (SimplePay), a sales contract is concluded between the Seller and the natural person or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer") paying the value of the selection, in Hungarian, German or English, depending on the language choice. The Buyer accepts the terms and conditions of the contract, including the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, by clicking on the Pay button on the confirmation page summarizing the purchase details after registration and following the purchase process. The conclusion of the contract is evidenced by the documented, electronically saved purchase and the e-mail sent to the Buyer.

2. Subject of the contract

The characteristics, features and conditions of purchase of the tickets offered by the seller can be found on their specific sub-page(s) (the visitor and exhibition sites, programmes from each menu item).

The seller is only responsible for tickets selected on www.bfnp.hu, purchased in accordance with the terms and conditions of purchase and via the online payment service offered.

The Buyer provides his details by filling in the registration form, and the Seller is responsible for performance and invoicing accordingly. The Buyer has the possibility to verify/modify their data during the registration process. After registration, the data can be modified under the Personal Data menu. 5. Payment terms

Payment of the total amount due can be made at the end of the purchase through an online payment service provider contracted with the Seller. The Seller shall not be liable for any errors on the payment service provider's payment page. The Seller's ticketing system will send an automatic confirmation e-mail and the success (or failure) of each transaction will be shown in the Personal Data/Special Purchases section of the website. The automatic confirmation email will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer. The Buyer is liable for any damage resulting from the provision of an incorrect email address.

The printed ticket can only be used if the QR code and the code number next to the QR code/subcode number are readable. If you have a mobile device (phone, tablet, etc.) capable of presenting the ticket you have purchased, you do not need to present a printed ticket to validate your tickets.

The consequences and damages resulting from the loss, theft, misprinting, copying, multiple printing of the e-ticket are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.
