One team, two rivers, endless adventure in the Mura region

About the programme:
Families and groups of friends can try rafting on wild rivers and many other interesting challenges at the Balaton-felvidéki National Park Directorate's event.
Teams participating in the event must have paddling experience, but do not need to be professional in it. It is more important to love nature and to be a real team player! You don't just have to paddle, you have to find your way around and solve exciting tasks.
Participants can experience the natural wonders of the Mura Landscape Protection Area, which is part of the UNESCO Five-country Biosphere Reserve Mura-Drava-Danube, one of the last truly natural areas where the river still shapes its bed today.
A playful exploration is the main feature, in three parts, taking into account the nature reserve character of the area, the water flow of the Mura and the limited number of raft boats. The programme will thus consist of walking adventures, rafting and a cycling discovery trip.
Participation in the event is FREE, as it is part of the project LIFE RESTORE for MDD - “Conservation and restoration of floodplain forest habitats along the Mura-Drava-Danube river” 101113557 - LIFE22-NAT-AT-LIFE RESTORE for MDD.
Pre-registration required! Maximum 100 participants can take part in the event.
